5 Easy Steps to Enroll In HA

We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox as your web browser to complete the following steps.

1. Access the Parent Portal

The Parent Portal site provides access to your online application, real-time alerts to help you stay on track, and quick links to important info.

Create your new user account or log in.


2. Submit an Application(s)

Once you've begun an application in the Parent Portal, click the option to add a new student or continue with your application. Simply fill in the fields with your child's information, select Hoosier Academies and click Submit.


3. Upload Documents

In this step, you'll provide more detailed information about your student and upload additional documents, such as proof of residency and a birth certificate. For a list of specific documents that will be required, contact our enrollment consultants at 866.912.3345.


4. Complete the Admissions Process

All prospective families will participate in a pre-approval telephone conference with an Enrollment Consultant. You may also have additional requirements, depending on your student's situation. You will be instructed on how to complete any necessary steps.


5. Receive Official Approval

Upon successful completion of the enrollment process, your student will be approved. Please check your email for important information regarding your student's status and how to access the Online School platform.

Important Announcements

Now enrolling for the 2019–2020 school year. Apply early as seats are limited!

Enrollment is limited for the upcoming school year. If the number of new applications received by 5:00 PM (ET) on Sunday, April 7, 2019 exceeds the total number of seats available by grade and/or the entire school, we will conduct a lottery to determine initial seat offers. Families eligible for the lottery will be notified mid-April, if a lottery is required.

Eligibility Requirements

Please note that your kindergartener must be five years old by August 1 of the upcoming school year in order to enroll.
