Angie Baker | Student Support Administrator
Angie Baker, Student Support Administrator, since 2019. Student advisor at Indy K-8, since 2011 - 2019, BS of Education K-6, Working towards MS in Educational Leadership. I was an instructional assistant in Carmel for 5 years prior to being here at Hoosier in Kindergarten, 4th grade, and Special Education. I have lots of varied experience throughout my 13 years of teaching experience. Born and raised in Noblesville and am still there and raising my own children.

Christina Ingram, Community Engagement Specialist, since 2016, Masters in Education, Teaching degree in English and Journalism grades 5-12, 20 years teaching experience, 2 years academic advisor. I love taking pictures and editing photos.
Lois Love | Administrative Assistant/Records Coordinator
Lois Love, HANS Administrative Assistant/Records Coordinator since 2018. I joined Hoosier Academy/Insight School of Indiana as a temporary employee, since I joined the staff, I have also held positions of In School Suspension (ISS) Monitor and Middle School Interventionist. I possess over 20 years of experience in education, most of them spent in higher education. I earned a B.S. Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and two Masters’ Degrees in Higher Education from Kaplan University. I love to read and write. I am currently attempting to write a book.
Nadina McFann | Board Executive Administrator
Nadina McFann, HANS Board Executive Administrator, since 2014. I graduated from Indiana University with a degree in secondary education, social studies. I taught middle school history for 5 year.
Melissa Melendez | RN
Melissa Melendez, RN, ISIN and Hoosier Academy, since 2018. I am an ASN and BSN. I have been a nurse for a total of 9 years; I have been a school nurse for 7 of those years. I have also worked in the ICU, ER, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Med-Surg, Rehab, and Cardiac Units of Columbus Regional Hospital. I LOVE to read! My "happy place" is on the beach under an umbrella with a good book.
Julia O’Sullivan | Manager School Operations
Julia O’Sullivan, Manager School Operations, since 2019. I hold an MBA. I have worked in financial aid at the post-secondary level for 18 years and taught high school math at the Elkhart Area Career Center for 2 years. I have 4 fur babies, all are bulldogs that we rescued.

Carol Sepaniak, HANS Testing Coordinator, since 2014. I hold Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University. I was the Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Sales (11 years) at Cellutech Communications. I worked as the Title I para-professional at Pleasant Grove Elementary school (7 years). Greatest joy are my three children. I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, playing pickleball and bike riding.

Erica Stephens, Case Conference Coordinator/Public Agency Rep, since 2013, Bachelor and Masters degrees: Teacher K-6 (7-8 non departmentalized), Special Ed teacher K-12 MIMD, School Administrator K-12, Director of Special Education, Teacher of 1st, 3rd, and special ed for 9 years, Principal for 5 years, current position for 6+ years. I have gone skydiving!

Gena Sparks, Related Service Coordinator/ Special Education/ Hoosier Academy/ISIN, since 2014, Special Education certification in 3 states, M. Ed in Education, specialization in secondary leadership/special education with over 20 years of special education experience in a variety of roles held in 3 different states. I used to be a flight attendant (way back) and worked several charters between the airline and professional sports teams.

Megan Trumm, Family Attendance Specialist, HANS, since 2016, Masters in Curriculum and Instruction- Trauma and Resilience in Education. I am a certified SCUBA instructor.
Patsy Woods | Director of Special Education/Special Programs Manager
Patsy Woods, Director of Special Education/Special Programs Manager, since 2012. I hold a B.S. in Special Education (Ball State University) and a M.S. in Special Education (University of St. Francis). I was the Director of Special Education Single School Corporation (2 years), Multi-district Special Education planning district (8 years); Elected Municipal Official (8 years); Executive Committee Indiana Association of Cities and Towns; ICASE- Fiscal Audit Committee, Executive Committee, Nominating Committee, Legislative Committee; North Central Accreditation Peer Review Team. I have taught in every area in which I am licensed.
